Management Structure

Parkwood Healthcare Ltd has its own Board of Directors reporting directly to the Parkwood Holdings Board. The Companies Managing Director, Russell Francis a qualified Accountant with over 20 years experience gained from Local Government, Private and Voluntary Organisations, oversees the operation of the Healthcare business. Russell is supported by his Senior Management team, which consists of its Head of Research & Development – Jamie Lane, Operations Manager – Tim Hayward-Smith and its Senior Branch Manager – Claire McPaul.Each contract being managed throughout the Company has its own dedicated Contract Manager whom is supported by individual teams of specialised and qualified personnel.
