Our service and support is free to individuals and we welcome the opportunity to speak to groups, organisations and work places of the service we provide. If you are requesting an appointment to meet a Health Trainer they will contact by phone to arrange a suitable day and time from a choice of local community venues. Evening and Weekend appointments are available on request. Please note Health Trainers do not do home visits.
