The National Ambulance Service, a division of Parkwood Healthcare Ltd, is a dedicated and well respected patient transport provider with a number of large contracts with both NHS and private clients. It currently operates a ﬂeet of over 75 vehicles completing over 300,000 emergency and non emergency journeys per annum.

The National Ambulance Service Response Team (NAS Response) is a response unit operating for the public and private sector. Parkwood Healthcare is able to provide ad hoc single and double crew ambulances with full access for walking, chair and stretcher patients. Ambulance cars are also available.

To further develop our healthcare services, NinA (Nurses in Ambulances) was launched in September 2005.
